We recently purchased a sublimation printer and can now decorate various hard brandable items including mugs, bottle openers, key rings, as we have discovered, an almost endless list.

Our main work is screen printing onto garments, bags and other textiles. The recent purchase of a sublimation printer enables us to offer a vast array of brandable merchandise for reselling or single items in full colour.
We have printed skateboard decks and stickers before and by working closely with local specialists
in embroidery and digital printing we can offer a full gamut of possibilities, from just one-offs to
thousands of prints including re-branding of inside neck labels, swing tags and bagging.

As jobs are often quite different from one another a hard and fast price can be misleading.
Prices for garments, bags, etc are myriad due to quality, quantity and intricacy of the item
so our preferred method is find out what you want to achieve and go from there.
You can supply anything for us to print or embroider onto provided we can physically print or embroider it!
Screen cost is the main issue for screen printing for which we charge £18 including VAT.
You will need one per colour. They are available for as long as you want so a repeat order
doesn't incur that cost, unless the design has changed.
Print prices depend on the amount of colours and items to be printed and the type of
ink used. Screen printing has several advantages including economic reproduction, long-lasting
vibrant colours and special effects.
Digital methods (either printed or cut vinyl) don't need screens, so for small numbers of
multicolour designs they are the most cost effective by far. For certain work wear and jacket
fabrics cut vinyl is more robust than a direct print due to material coatings and/or high washing
temperatures in commercial laundry as well as not suffering from dye migration if the fabric is polyester,
provided the correct vinyl is used.
Sublimated printing is another transfer method which can decorate hard, as well as fabric materials, in full colour.
Again as the transfer is output via a computer printer there's no minimum piece requirement.
Results can be amazing, vibrant prints with no print feel to the surface and modern inks and the vital polyester coatings are very much more robust than even a few years ago.
Embroidery is charged by thread count plus a set up or digitising of the design.
As with silk screens, digitising is a one-off fee.
Because it is charged on size of design it is most suited to small logos,
but is totally robust and will outlive whatever it is embroidered onto.
