Getting things & sending them back
Delivery and returns.
Delivery of items will in most cases be via Royal Mail, using their 48 tracked service.
For up to 2kg in weight.
To simplify we are offering postage included in the price. If you purchase more than two items we shall post using the Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We use Royal Mail in preference to most other couriers because they are the most reliable and any problems with goods, either damaged or missing, are easily resolved.
Items can only be delivered to a home or business address in the UK. We will not send to lockers, etc as other couriers’ methods, however convenient they may be, are open to abuse and operational problems.
For larger orders, over 2kg we will send via APC next day delivery service which is tracked and photographed at delivery point.
We endeavour to send goods out within two to three working days of purchase.
We will message you should this not be the case
Returns are accepted on stock items provided you return them within 30 days and let us know you are doing so we can supply you with a returns label if it is for exchange or replacing damaged goods. We will waive postage of replacement.
If it is simply due to a change of mind, we ask you pay return postage.
We cannot accept returns of anything custom printed, unless it is faulty in manufacture. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes in spelling/design that have been accepted during proofing stage.
